      Pros

      I love working at HTLGI Festivals with the IAI, it is such a cool and unique event to be a part of. There are so many interesting people to chat to, both colleagues and speakers, which creates such a great working environment. Can't wait for the next one!

      Cons

      Hours can be long but you're constantly surrounded by a fun festival atmosphere.

      Pros

      Had a great time at my first HTLGI festival. The days were long but the whole team banded together and there was a great sense of achievement.

      Cons

      Possibly could have condensed the training days

      Pros

      You have the chance to be part of HowTheLightGetsIn festival twice a year, which is a unique opportunity not many other workplaces offer. The people are incredibly welcoming and the summer and winter parties are always a blast.

      Cons

      You may have to work over a bank holiday for the festival but you do get those days back in lieu.
