Pros
Great environment where you can see the full lifecycle of the products we make. Even though my role isn’t directly tied to manufacturing or engineering, it’s really cool being in a facility where you can actually watch products being built and learn about the R&D and production processes. It makes a strong connection between what I do every day and the end result. It gives me an appreciation for what AP&G does. People share knowledge and explain how things work.
Cons
The company is in growth mode, which means things are always changing and processes can change as the team works to improve and scale. It can require some flexibility as priorities shift. It's obvious that the changes are aimed at making things better here (which is awesome).
