I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working at VERT. The company provides strong support, meaningful benefits, and opportunities for professional growth. The culture is team oriented and collaborative, with people who are committed not only to doing their jobs well, but to supporting one another. The work itself can be challenging, especially given the emergency service nature of the industry. You have to be flexible and ready to respond when customers are dealing with floods, fires, or other stressful situations. That said, it’s also very rewarding to be a part of helping people move forward after difficult situations. What stands out most to me is the people. I have the privilege of working alongside kind, dedicated professionals who care about the greater good of the team and the mission of the organization. There is a clear emphasis on empowering individuals to grow while making a meaningful difference for the families and communities we serve.
