Pros

Dominant Market Positioning: SCRC operates in a "Blue Ocean." While the solar sales industry is oversaturated, the cancellation and consumer advocacy side is underserved. From a marketing standpoint, this makes lead generation and brand positioning much more effective because the value proposition is incredibly clear.

Cons

As more people realize they’ve been sold bad solar deals, the volume of inquiries is massive. We are constantly scaling, which means processes and software tools are frequently being updated.

Pros

Working at the Solar Cancellation Resource Center (SCRC) in Scottsdale is incredibly rewarding. Management is fantastic, they truly value their employees and make sure to listen to our needs while curating a collaborative environment where you can easily bounce ideas off your co-workers. The mission here is real; we aren't just pushing paper. We are providing a legitimate "exit door" for families who thought they were stuck for 25 years in predatory agreements. The compensation is highly competitive (especially for intake and sales roles), the office energy is high, and the training provided is top-tier.

Cons

The hardest part of the job is hearing the heartbreaking stories from homeowners who have been taken advantage of, especially seniors or people on fixed budgets. It can be emotionally heavy at times, but knowing that our partnership with Consumer Advocacy Law Group can actually provide a resolution makes it worth it. It’s a fast-paced environment, so you have to be ready to hit the ground running.
