Pros
- Decent scheduling accommodations - Some holidays off (unpaid)
Cons
- Very poor communication between upper management and on-site employees - No yearly raise opportunity for yearly evaluations - Less than average pay - Scheduling and scheduling changes are chaotic - Enforcement of unreliable and unrefined AI tools (CentralReach) and AI payroll (Viventium), and the company completely failed to provide any training on CentralReach before enforcing the switch and expecting employees to "learn as they go" (BCBAs did help with this, however) - Upper management does not actually work with the children or understand special needs goals - No travel stipend - QA is oblivious and unaware of SOPs - Company-sponsored Payday Loans are pushed heavily without clearly disclosing the terms and potential fees associated - Failure to comply with client privacy expectations (exposing parent contact information in CentralReach) - Potential CPS issues often overlooked - No shadowing hours; client cancelations resulting in a major loss of weekly hours are not supplemented if another client cannot be added to your schedule
