      Pros

      I like that there is always something to be doing and the people that I work with throughout the company, managers are always there to support you and help you to succeed in your job role and will help with any training needed, over my year and a half I have been given many opportunities to progress within my career

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot of work but if you manage your load you will not have an issue!
