Decent Money, Tough Environment - Server/Waitress Mason's Grill Employee Review

Treated like family, good money and great work atmosphere

fast paced environment and a lot of on your feet work

the very few pros are so heavily outweighed by the cons that they arent even worth mentioning. im serious.

-managers/owners are extremely rude (except for the kitchen manager) -stressful and hostile environment -no chance of raises or advancement unless the managers personally like you, nothing to do with work. -long boring hours of just standing at a podium
