Unbelieveable training and love the owners - Sales Representative The Third Estimate Employee Review

I love the lead flow and support I get by The Third Estimate. My sales manager understands my goals and need to succeed. My average month in nearly 200k in sales and I have never been able to do this generating all of my own leads.

I have only been with the company for two years. Nothing sticking out yet but I do like taking 6 weeks off in January and February because not many leads. It doesnt suck because I made 200k for the year but I wish I could make more.

They lie about everything, make things up to get rid of you, could care less about people in the field. They literally had me take my personal vehicle home because I was told I was getting a company vehicle and then when they got back to the office they let me go with no ride home, stranded. I live an hr away. These people have no business running a company let alone a roofing company. Not one person I met could repair a roof properly, they can’t schedule properly. Their sub crews mess every job up because they way under paid. Horrible place, high turnover.
