None. From the executive leadership to the direct reports, everybody is accessible, responsive, and adaptive. Leadership is transparent with how the company is operating and solicits advice and direction from all employees on ways to improve.

They have a great team here at Moreton everyone is willing to help when needed, processes are nailed down and they continue to pivot as needed to refine and perfect. Much more diverse than my last three companies in this industry. They also do a lot for the community, win win for all.

The insurance isnt the best, but that is the norm now it seems. Youre also expected to be in office at 8am-4:30 Tue, Thur, and the 1st/3rd Fridays. This feels like a step back for everyone ive talked to. Fridays should be remote.
