Pros

I have the privilege of working at Koya Medical and it has been one of the most meaningful professional experiences of my career. The mission behind what we do is not just something written down, it is something the entire team genuinely lives every day. Everyone is deeply committed to improving the lives of patients living with chronic lymphatic and venous conditions, and that purpose shows in the dedication and care that goes into every interaction. The culture here is truly special. Leadership is supportive, transparent, and focused on doing the right thing for both patients and employees. I feel trusted, valued, and empowered in my role, which allows me to show up every day motivated to do my best work. What stands out most is the collaboration across the organization. Teams work together with a shared goal of helping patients access innovative treatment that can truly improve their quality of life. I am incredibly proud to be part of a company doing work that genuinely makes a difference!

Cons

As a growing company committed to excellence, flexibility and adaptability are important as processes continue to evolve!

Pros

They’re not enough good things I can say about my current role with Koya. The product is incredible. The process is so seamless. The pay is aggressive. The culture is outstanding. It is definitely a work hard hard environment, but everyone has been great thus far.

Cons

I wouldn’t necessarily say this is a con, but it is definitely a longer day than most. When you factor in patient demonstrations and having to see offices, the day can sometimes be 8 AM to 7 PM. I will say they were very upfront about this during the interview process.
