Short paychecks, poor communication - Assistant Property Manager East Lake Management Employee Review

I was not provided an employee handbook during onboarding, which led to surprise paycheck deductions I had no way to anticipate. Holiday closures were announced midday the day before… three times…making it very hard to plan. For my first month I had no working printer, computer, or stable WiFi, yet was still expected to be on site for a 45-hours a week. I didn’t receive a printer for after 3 months of working here... Communication from leadership was consistently poor throughout my employment. My final paycheck was an also significantly short with no explanation provided. Upper management only cared about what you do for them.
