No Pros at all, this company is for those with no experience.

TJ The owner/president Do not have a business background and does not know how to run a business. The owner runs off EGO. There is no structure in place no systems or processes to follow. VP is a title the owner has no idea of what the role and job means. The owner TJ buys low income housing and do not care about maintaining the properties. The company have bad relationships with the city of East orange and surroundings. The company is 500k in debt to 3rd party vendors. This is a company you run from right away. There is no HR department There is no Benefit package No Job security He has fired over 25 employees in the last month No employee retention You will be moved around from position to position. The owner does not have knowledge of running a business you will find out fast. I’m embarrassed I gave this job my attention and effort. If you are senior level looking to review the company before applying. I warn you this is not a legit company. You will have to unlearn all the experience you have to bring to the table because he is threaten by intelligence.
