Doctor/boss is extremely temperamental. He will randomly nice and bubbly to some staff members while being rude and short to you. Makes you feel ostracized. Pay is well under market value with promises of bonuses that are hard to come by. Instruments are dull. Be sure to check every paycheck very closely too as it could be short of what you earned.
