      There was great management The place is clean They have good practices

      Cons

      The sue chef is crazy Once the good management left they kept hiring horrible management leading to everyone leaving and an entire new staff being hired.

      - Make boy $20 an hour as a backwait after tip-outs. $10 is a guaranteed hourly. Depends weekends vs weeknights and how many other back waits are working that night for tip out.

      - Not a lot of room for growth
