Pros
-Hourly plus performance-based bonuses will sometimes land you weeks making excess or $25 per hour regardless of experience
-Learning how to deal with different personalities/ people using evidence-based programs will help you in ANY field of work or even personal life
-Fun environment that rewards producers and treats everyone fairly
-Company that truly wants you to succeed
-You don’t need to be an expert. This is an entry-level job that gives you the opportunity to make as much as your average starting nurse
-If you are a bubbly personality or sociable, or a closer- this job is for you
Cons
-If you are looking to just make hourly, this is not the job for you. They want to be paying people bonuses every week, and if you’re not producing they will work with you...but you need to show initiative and motivation. People who lack the desire to better themselves or challenge themselves will not do well here.
-You have to learn how to handle rejection from people who may not be interested in hearing you, sometimes you deal with rude people. It’s the name of the game.
