      Fast-paced environment Easy to learn

      Significant pay decrease from 17%-12%. Pretty much expected to do the jobs of multiple other people Have to take over the bar frequently and do tasks that are not relevant to our role Pay is very inconsistent and not worth it for the amount of work that is done.

      benefits for full-time workers, a comfortable uniform, an aesthetic and pretty work environment

      FAVORITISM!!! Tip-outs are extremely high, no matter how hard you work; things are always and will always be your fault, a very stressful and toxic work environment; getting double, triple, or quadruple sat is a daily occurrence. Manager Molly creates a very toxic and uncomfortable work environment and is a PRIMARY reason for the heavy turnover rate at the cafe.
