Disorganised - there were a lot of different voices from management, a lot of politics and not enough valuing of individuality, skillset and knowledge Lack of diversity - despite EDI training and hiring of a wide range pool of candidates, in terms of how they are actually treated whilst in post is quite poor, can see that others do get treated more favourably - and this is never explained Insufficient pay for the workload - not enough pay for the amount of work that's done All about who you know and what you know - lack of career incentives and support
