They have an instructional coach who will offer you specific feedback on anything you want to improve. The kids are great and so are the parents. Administration is laid back but efficient.
The Principal, Teachers, and other Secretaries are great. It also allowed me to have the same schedule as my kids, so I liked the hours and same holiday schedule.
Cons
Raises are the same % for everyone at your level. Instead, I feel that it should be merit based. There are some secretaries that did a lot more than others.
