They offer a great learning experience and a large scope of duties. They also offer some form of flex hours, allowing you to determine what time you'll start. A unique opportunity for the Windsor area - other similar jobs would have you heading up to London, Toronto, etc.

They don't pay that great and don't really have a great corporate culture. You're left with the feeling that you are replaceable and not really of that much value. There is also limited potential to move up, many people are there for 5-10 years and have no career progression and limited salary growth.
