I don't have any cons for GGRM, This firm has been extremely good to me

If you can actually find a pro I would be very shocked.

Nepotism, narcissism, favoritism, childish behavior from coworkers and management. How this firm even exists is very questionable at best, perhaps because it is a niche worker's compensation firm for first responders. But the reality is, this place is so poorly managed, that they will likely fail within a few years anyways. The only reason you would take a job here (which you shouldn't) is because you have no unemployment left... Speaking of which you can at least collect unemployment once you are terminated without notice (again, read the other reviews.) There is no HR to speak of, and almost any other firm is less toxic. Co-workers will spread lies, they will make very inappropriate jokes (beyond office humor) and people will single you out.
