      Laid Back Enviorment, The managers are nice and work with your schedule. Once your established you get your own clients and one you work with them for a while its nice to see them improve.

      Cons

      No Commission but they make you do the sales pitch Not always guaranteed hours.

      - Non-competetive pay scale - No matching 401k - No "support" from "support" team - Will work you to the bone for no added benefit - HR will disregard your voice
