Pros

EDGLRD is a great company to work for and there are many reasons for it. To me personally the best part about being here is the people. Ever since I started working at this company I’ve always been treated right, never felt left out, and had a lot of fun during every single work day. Management listens to you when you have concerns, always tries to accommodate you with personal issues. It honestly feels like a group of friends who decided to start their own company. I can proudly say that after being with EDGLRD for 2 years, I consider people working here my family. Looking forward to seeing this company flourish and make more people happy.

Cons

At a certain point the company had a transparency issue, where management was not communicating with the employees as much as they should’ve. It was during a transitional period which to me is nothing weird for a big company. Other than that I can’t say there was anything negative about working for EDGLRD.

Pros

If negotiated well, pay can be fantastic

Cons

Edglrd doesnt know what its supposed to be, other than what Harmony Korine feels like on a particular day. It was a fashion company, then crypto, NFT, then AI and whatever else is hot. There is a lot of pitching to investors, based on pretend-tech that doesnt exist, and tech that they dont want (or expect) to actually deliver. Case in point, they fired the entire tech team save one person right after they got a multi-million investment to build AI tech. They have hired and fired several execs and other employees, a revolving door of high profile folks, within months: Grab their credentials to boost a pitch deck, get investment, then fire. I heard there are lawsuits.
