      Pros

      The team here is genuinely supportive and this makes a big difference day to day. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities at a fast pace which isn't standard. It's also really pleasing to see senior management recognise good performance which shows that hard work doesn't go unnoticed and will be rewarded with fast progression!

      Cons

      Holiday allowance is on the low side and it would be great to have this increased to be in line with other companies

      Pros

      Had a great time at my first HTLGI festival. The days were long but the whole team banded together and there was a great sense of achievement.

      Cons

      Possibly could have condensed the training days

      Pros

      You have the chance to be part of HowTheLightGetsIn festival twice a year, which is a unique opportunity not many other workplaces offer. The people are incredibly welcoming and the summer and winter parties are always a blast.

      Cons

      You may have to work over a bank holiday for the festival but you do get those days back in lieu.
