Beautiful facility, 99% of the staff is phenomenal, residents are THE BEST!! Memory Care is PHENOMENAL - the manager is THE best there could be! Food is amazing - the kitchen manager and team is TOPS!! Activities are so fun and the director cares so much and does a wonderful job!! The housekeeping team keeps it sparkling!!

My concern when interviewing for this position originally was the scathing online reviews of the executive director/leadership team. I was reassured that they were just posted by spiteful former employees, and I know how often that happens. I accepted the position and had so much fun and loved it there. It felt so good to have finally found my place. However, it takes time to see the true colors. I came to learn that not even the best of positions/companies are worth having to work with certain people. No one is more disappointed than I am that those reviews turned out to be accurate in the end. Divisiveness, spitefulness, nepotism, pettiness, dishonesty, blatant disrespect, and constant double standards are what you will find here. No nurse worth their salt will remain on this team for long. I felt a huge relief when I decided to leave., and given how much I loved it otherwise, that surprised me most.
