Pros
Nothing. They do not care about thier employees
Cons
Sam Samaniega is horrible vindictive and retaliatory for being a Human Resources generalist this is awful!
I am writing this due to my horrible experience with the Human Resources department at West Pines Behavioral Health following the end of my employment.
My final paycheck has not been issued, despite being due more than one week ago. Additionally, my direct deposit was deactivated without explanation. Historically, my paychecks were deposited two days early through my bank, which did not occur in this case. As of today, I have still not received my final wages.
I attempted to resolve this matter directly by contacting Human Resources, specifically Sam Samaniega, via email and text. Unfortunately, these communications did not result in payment or a clear explanation, and the responses I received were unprofessional and dismissive rather than focused on resolving the issue. Why am I not given the payroll specialist contact info. Why would you keep that from me?
Because my final wages remain unpaid, I was forced to escalate the matter by contacting the State of Colorado to recover wages that are legally owed, regardless of the circumstances surrounding separation from employment.
Based on this experience, I believe it is important for others to be aware of the difficulties that may arise when employment does not work out, particularly regarding timely payment of earned wages.
