Dominated by directors with large egos and tendency to control and micro manage. As a result, very unhappy employees and high turnover. This breeds a toxic culture and adds pressure to remaining employees. Huge issue of undefined roles - it is hard to grow and develop when constantly doing work outside of your role. Constant fire fighting. Very stressful.
