Pros

Some of the MAs genuinely love their job and care for the patients.

Cons

I only stayed at Trusted Medical for a short time, but that was enough to see how bad things are. There is no real leadership, just constant confusion and poor direction. You are expected to train yourself, which makes everything feel scattered and unorganized. Communication is horrible, and management has careless attitudes. Getting fired was handled poorly, and HR never followed up like they said they would. The whole experience was stressful and felt insane at times. leaving was the best choice for my mental health.

Pros

Different patient cases every day, each teaching you something new. Good communication between staff and providers. Improved a lot my organizational skills after getting familiar with the systems and procedures. Coworkers ready to explain processes instead of expecting new employees to learn everything by themselves.

Cons

Some situations require extra patience and scheduling changes.

Pros

The facility is decent and the schedule was flexible when leadership decide to allow it.

Cons

• Certain long term staff are treated far better than newer employees regardless of performance or effort • Once labeled as an outsider, that perception sticks no matter how hard you work • Identical mistakes are handled differently depending on who made them, with favorites recieving leniency while others are penalized • Some individuals are allowed to behave however they want without consequences while others are heavily scrutinized for minor issues • Expectations and enforcement are not applied evenly, creating a clear double standard • Attempts to address the issue only made the situation worse rather than improving it • The pattern of unfair treatment feels deeply entreched with no signs of change
