Pros

Nothing. Abusive, Manipulative, Exhausting, Deceptive, Unsustainable

Cons

My experience at this company was extremely disappointing and stressful from the very first day. The work culture is toxic. Supervisors and team leads regularly shout at, insult, and mentally pressure employees. Respect for employees is clearly missing. While punctuality is strictly enforced for arrival, there is no respect for personal time, leaving on time is discouraged, and employees are routinely forced to stay back. Working hours are excessive. On regular weekdays, employees are expected to work 10–11+ hours daily. On weekends (Saturday and Sunday), employees are asked to come in at arbitrary times and are made to work up to 12 hours, without proper compensation or flexibility. Salary payments are often delayed, which creates financial stress and uncertainty. This is a recurring issue, not a one-time incident. The sales process is highly misleading. Employees are instructed to sell expensive AI and EdTech courses (₹25,000 to ₹1,00,000) as “live” programs, but in reality, most of the content is pre-recorded. Because of this mismatch, many customers feel cheated and frequently call, abuse, or threaten sales employees demanding refunds. Frontline employees bear the emotional burden of angry customers for decisions made by management. I also witnessed multiple former employees openly criticizing and abusing past supervisors, which reflects long-standing internal problems rather than isolated incidents. Overall, this company prioritizes targets over ethics, employee well-being, and honesty with customers. I would strongly caution freshers and new joiners, this environment can harm your mental health, reputation, and long-term career growth.
