1, Your workload and stress depend heavily on which OU you're with. Some are sensible but some gives unrealistic workload and duration for you to complete the tasks with regular interruptions of your current work to work on other "due now" tasks for the supervisors. Even within the same department, some staff was given 21 calendar days with no changes being made to task objectives but some was only given 1-2 working day(s) to complete the same type of task while the supervisors were still making major changes to the primary task objectives. The staff couldn't even execute the required administrative steps but they were blamed for it by the supervisors anyway. 2. Depending on the OU supervisors, some treat all OU staff equally and term staff are recommended to the NRP system (more benefits compared to being a term staff) when their service year reached the 2-year mark. However, some OU supervisor can be very subjective and treat staffs differently. Some staff dedicated their good service for 5+ years without being recommended to NRP while some are recommended when they hit the 2-year mark. 3. Some supervisors who crave for boosting OU's and their own records expected staffs to continue working at home after office hours and during the weekends because of the unrealistic deadlines set and the last-second change requests made due to very late feedback given by the supervisors despite the documents were submitted weeks prior to the deadline with several reminders issued to the supervisors.
