We also appreciate you highlighting areas where we could improve. Staffing and coverage challenges, especially during peak times, are areas we are actively working to improve through continued hiring. We hear your concerns around compensation, growth, and incentives, and we are continuously evaluating how to better align these with team contributions while being a small company. We also recognize the importance of maintaining manageable workloads, particularly for our BCBAs, and are taking steps to support this as we continue to look for an amazing BCBA to join our team. Feedback on newer initiatives, like committees, is helpful as we refine their purpose and expectations.
