Pros
They offer really good benefits.
Cons
Service 1 has a lot of growth potential if executive management would take the time to listen and care about their staff and their concerns. When they don't get there way, they will manipulate you until they get what they want from you. Never experienced a more manipulative team of “leaders” in my career. If you are wanting to come here to grow, keep looking because they won’t take the time to train you. They shove you in a position that is convenient for them and expect you to figure it out on your own, but when you do something wrong, there will be consequences. Rules consistently change depending on who you are reporting to, and everyone is too busy to help you. They promote an unhealthy culture of work coming before anything else including your personal life by telling you working overtime is the only option to get your work done. Turnover for entry level and managers are both high for a reason! It’s just not worth it until they make serious changes. It’s okay to want to grow and supplement the CU but make sure you are taking care of the staff that helps you keep it afloat. There are so many employees with so much potential that are being drowned out by nonsense or straight up ignorance. "Culture of care" are more than just words. It's something you practice and promote through action. Especially as leaders.
