      Flexible hours, decent pay, finish the bigger stuff early and youre playing with dogs the rest of the day

      Pros

      Great place to work if you are a pet groomer. Commission rate is very fair. Pricing is on the cheaper side but competitive.

      Cons

      Micromanaging tendencies from upper management and no one in management has pet grooming experience. Only benefit is insurance stipend and pet food. Used to have a vet care benefit but discontinued it and never replaced it.
