Wonderful company with wonderful people - Graphic Artist TM3 Solutions Employee Review

Ive been here for a few months now, and having come from a VERY toxic and unprofessional workplace, I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to feel a sense of belonging with a company like this. Just a few of the many pros I've experienced here: - HR is helpful and responsive - the onboarding process for me was smooth for the most part, and even during some of the bumps in the road they were very communicative and helpful in assisting me getting through it. - Benefits and Pay - absolutely fantastic. All of your benefits are managed through this really awesome HR portal called insperity, and it makes it soooo much easier to keep track of your 401k, healthcare, taxes, etc. They also have great trainings and resources re: your benefits and an app for your phone with regular updates. - Culture - so far, the culture here has felt very uplifting and supportive. Even in the times I've made mistakes or could have done a little bit more, Ive been given room to grow and better myself. They have also given me opportunities to boost my self confidence and leadership skills in the workplace. - Clients - the contract I'm on is amazing and in the few months I've been here, I've already learned so much and every day I want to continue to help them achieve their mission. Ive met so many wonderful people client side, and I look forward to continue working with them. - Leadership - I haven't personally had any interaction with TM3 leadership, however a great culture is often reflected by great leadership, so whatever they are doing, they need to keep at it because its great. Please don't be alarmed and read too much into the company's current Glassdoor rating, at the time I'm writing this they only have one negative review, and it seems to be an isolated issue from a former employee, and I am saying this as someone who has previously worked in a VERY toxic work environment for the past 2-3 years. This company has made me excited to go to work again for the first time in years, and I can't wait to continue to grow with them.
