Pros

The company offers full remote work and unlimited PTO, which is a big plus for flexibility. Many of the day-to-day colleagues are great to work with—collaborative and talented—especially when not under the strain of bad leadership.

Cons

The culture is often toxic, with people being put down and teams frequently misaligned. Leadership is poor across the board—especially at the director level—marked by micromanagement, favoritism, and contradictory guidance that sets employees up to fail. There is no real path for career growth, as promotions are rare and often bypass hardworking internal staff in favor of personal connections. Leadership also seems to feel threatened by strong performers, hoarding key tasks and leaving high achievers overburdened, while they avoid the tougher assignments. Compensation is stagnant—no bonuses, no merit raises, and no cost-of-living adjustments. Leadership also executes layoffs without transparency—no clear communication, abrupt firing, and sometimes strategic timing to avoid paying out benefits. Overall, employees are treated as expendable, and HR appears disengaged, showing little interest in employee feedback during exits.

Pros

Used to be great support with the team, then everything changed.

Cons

They claim its a small family culture. (Red Flag) Management is extremely poor and communicates false promises. Working hours are horrible, especially when on the weekend shift. I was promised an advancement opportunity. An announcement was made via email to management and everything. Was lied to about having a pay increase (to be made sometime in the future)... and after a few months in my new position, I was brought back down to my original position. (no pay increase made) Not because of any lack in skills, but because it was their plan all along. They decided to let go management (that has been with the company for a long time) and replace them with people who have no idea about the product, which lead to multiple changes, on a weekly basis, very poor morale and people jumping ship. They didn't (and still don't) have enough members to work adequately. The team used to be great, but it all went downhill too quickly. The turnover rate is extremely high. I would not recommend this position to my worst enemy.
