Pros
Easy to get hired, anyone can walk in off the street and get a job.
Cons
People don't stay long here and you quickly see why. Once someone starts getting better pay, the gigs suddenly slow down for them. New people get brought in cheaper and the cycle keeps going. It makes the whole system look dishonest. Getting clear answers from the office is also frustrating. They rush you when they need something but take their time when you have questions. Schedules change last minute and it can ruin plans you already made. The founder seems unpredictable and some decisions make no sense, almost like they come from someone mentally unstable. After a while the company starts to look greedy and even a little evil in how easily workers are replaced.
Another issue is how inconsistent the job bookings are. You can wait months just to land your first shift, then maybe get a few scattered ones after that. It makes it almost impossible to rely on the income. A lot of people end up picking up other jobs because they cannot depend on this one to pay their bills.
Communication is also a constant headache. They are quick to call or text if they think you are late by a few minutes, but simple questions about pay or job details can sit unanswered for days. Rules about uniforms and schedules also change without much warning. After a while, most employees start looking elsewhere because the whole system just does not feel stable.
