Pros
The salary is better compared to other local companies, especially for US accounting roles. I like that it’s fully remote, so I don’t have to commute. The team is generally supportive, and you get exposure to US clients which helps you grow professionally. The onboarding process is also organized, so it’s easy to get started.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the night shift because of the time zone difference, which can be tiring in the long run. Since it’s remote, sometimes communication can be limited and you might feel a bit isolated.
