All of the attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants and office staff are treated with kindness and respect. Excellent work-life-balance. Early off Fridays in the Summer. Hardly any turnover

Very hard to get promoted, but that’s really because people don’t leave their job. The benefits were not great. Insurance was rather expensive. No dental or life.
