      Pay is appropriate, good people (coworkers). Free wellness program. Benefits pretty good. Finally with HOOPP.

      Cons

      Experience is heavily dependent on management by department, some leaders are not inclusive and treat different genders with different expectations. Some leaders have no experience leading people.
