Lying about them veing experts when all they do is outsource their work, copy off other brands and get micromanaged by a so called marketing expert… Hire young creatives so they can use them as “workers” and pay them less Family run business so you will always be seen as a worker and not a team player… Too many chefs in the kitchens so your work will never be good enough… Have a very high staff turnaround due to sacking you when you are not understanding the work and want to cut costs even when thr family run business all drive exotic cars and build their own houses. And for your hard work you get free food from thr food they make in-house. Please avoid
