Pros

- Slightly above minimum pay - Some coworkers try to support each other despite the environment

Cons

Extreme micromanagement. There is no trust—only control, pressure, and constant oversight. Advancement and recognition feel disconnected from actual ability. In my experience, visibility and favoritism seem to matter far more than competence or meaningful contribution. Leadership shows a concerning lack of people-management skills. There’s little empathy, little accountability, and no visible effort to improve. Communication is often dismissive and top-down. Blame tends to flow downward, while responsibility at higher levels is avoided. The workload is excessive and unsustainable. You’re expected to constantly push harder with fewer people, and burnout feels inevitable. Turnover has been very high, and instead of addressing the underlying issues, the pressure is simply shifted onto those who remain. The company promotes its “culture” heavily, but in reality, it feels more like a façade than something genuinely practiced. Compensation growth is minimal and doesn’t consistently reflect effort or performance. Job security feels unstable, with decisions sometimes happening abruptly and without transparency. I personally witnessed a full team being let go without prior warning, which was deeply unsettling. In a company-wide discussion, concerns about negative Glassdoor reviews were dismissed by leadership as coming from “bitter former employees.” Based on my experience and what I’ve seen across teams, many of those reviews reflect real and ongoing issues rather than isolated complaints. In some teams (such as support), workload pressure appeared so high that taking entitled time off is rejected by the management during seasonal, adding to stress and burnout. There’s a noticeable lack of structured HR leadership, which further contributes to the absence of accountability and employee support. Employees often feel they cannot safely voice concerns without risking negative consequences, creating a culture of silence rather than improvement. If a complain is filed, you get a warning, black listed, and over time get fired.
