I joined FSI nearly 4 years ago because I saw the potential growth built by talented minds and team work. Now I regret my decision to join this firm with the new management the environment is getting very political, placing people in positions where they lack the required skills only because they are "friends" or close acquaintances. Constant changes in every department and losing good talents creates a damning place to work in.
