Pros
Met some great people who are talented and wonderful. Retail teams are great and really care about the customers.
Cons
If you're considering a role in marketing here, proceed with caution. Leadership lacks the experience required to effectively manage a team or build a healthy, functional department. This results in inconsistent direction, poor communication and an environment where employees are left unsupported and questioning their reality.
There are ongoing issues around how individuals are treated, which make the day-to-day feel tense and uncomfortable. These concerns do not appear to be meaningfully addressed despite being super visible. Other departments also take notice.
There are genuinely talented people across the company, which makes it frustrating to see these patterns continue.
There’s a clear disconnect between outside leadership’s perception of the department and the reality experienced by the team. Company culture suffers as a result.
