      I only wanted to post here because I wanted anyone who checks in to know that the Outside Heavy Duty Parts Sales people AND the upper tier of leadership are hands down the best. I could write a book about my fellow sales people and how they helped me when I had zero to offer them. Amazing people. Mike and Jared are both amazing caring leaders in the company.

      Training program was too long and did nothing.

      Pros

      Solid company to work for. The leadership genuinely cares about their people. It is something that is rare in today's world. I am looking forward to growing my career here.

      Their PTO policy is outdated. Outside of that, nothing I can think of!
