Pros
Lunch They don’t micro manage. They don’t manage at all. Clinical staff is great. Patients are taken care of but could be better with the right systems and direction in places
Cons
Leadership is the single greatest threat to this organization. The Practice Administrator has created an environment where staff cannot raise concerns without being met with defensiveness and personal reactions rather than solutions. That alone explains the turnover rate, which is staggering long-tenured employees leaving in succession, all citing the same issues. At some point that stops being coincidence. Training across departments is essentially nonexistent. Staff operate without direction, without support, and without any functional management structure beneath the administrator level. The MAs, front desk, and clinical teams show up and figure it out themselves. They deserve better. The physicians are not aligned with current administration, which creates daily friction that filters down to every level of the organization. Instability, chaos, messy, sloppy, not secure is the baseline here, not the exception. Compensation is BELOW market with no clear path to raises. The explanation given is that the company isn’t performing well financially which raises the question of whether leadership has connected those dots yet. the amount of employees quitting from a previously stable staff should be a five-alarm flag. It isn’t, apparently. This place could be exceptional. The foundation is there. The leadership is not.
