Pros
There used to be a sense of community, but that is no longer the case.
Cons
No PTO, no sick days, no benefits. Closed for 2 weeks for Christmas and almost a full week for Thanksgiving, all with no pay. Schedule/hours will seem stable at first but will constantly be fluctuating
