Pros

Working at We Care Group has genuinely been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From day one, it’s clear that this is a truly people-focused company — not just in how we care for residents, but in how we support and value our employees. What really stands out is how the company truly lives by its values of family, honesty, and respect. These aren’t just words — you see them reflected in everyday interactions, from how teams support each other to how management communicates openly and transparently. The employee benefits are fantastic and show a real commitment to staff wellbeing. There’s also a strong culture of development, with plenty of opportunities for career progression. If you’re motivated and want to grow, the support is absolutely there. One of the standout aspects for me is the visibility and approachability of senior leadership. You regularly see the CEO and directors visiting the homes, engaging with staff, and taking a genuine interest in what’s happening on the ground. It creates a sense of unity and transparency that’s rare to find. It really does feel like a big family. Everyone is encouraged to have a voice, and feedback is actively welcomed when it comes to company decisions. Knowing that your opinions are heard and can make a difference makes a huge impact on job satisfaction. Overall, I’d highly recommend We Care Group to anyone looking for a supportive, inclusive workplace where you can grow, feel valued, and be part of a team that genuinely cares.

Cons

it can be busy and demanding at times but the support from the team and management really helps
