Poor management and Co workers - Assistant Teacher Kerri's Kidsville Preschool & Babyville Employee Review

You will never see the owner, the only contact you will have is either putting notes in the mailbox or texting. To go along with the owner there was a medical emergency and there was only two teachers there and the owner while the medical emergency was happening the two teachers could not leave to grab the childs life saving medicine and the owner was asked to get it and she refused because she had glue on her hands. The people you work with are horrible you will have people who write notes about you to the owner, you will work with people who only open never close but will constantly complain about the closers and the job they do because their way is the only way to do things, you will deal with constant drama it is horrible and it will never stop, and you can tell the owner your availability a million times and you probably will never get the hours you need or want. The place is also disgusting and you will have people who refuse to clean and will walk out on you when all the kids have left but theres still cleaning to be done but they just dont want to clean so they leave.
