This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. I spent 2 years in the R&D team, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The company is completely unprofessional and unethical. Even after dedicating two years of my work, they refused to pay my last month’s salary. I was left with no option but to file a case in the labour court, which is still ongoing. This clearly shows the level of integrity and accountability within the organization. Management has zero respect for employees. There is no transparency, no proper communication, and no value given to the people who actually contribute to the company. Employees are treated as disposable resources rather than human beings. Hard work and commitment mean nothing here. The work environment in the R&D team was toxic and mentally draining. There was no proper direction, no support, and no recognition. Instead of fostering innovation, the company creates unnecessary pressure and chaos. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. If you value your time, effort, and dignity, this is not the place for you. Joining this company would be a serious mistake.
