Management forced one person to handle the workload of multiple people with no additional support. Staffing levels were kept so low that hiring more help was treated as unnecessary, even when it clearly was not. Clients were constantly left waiting while work piled up with no system to manage it properly. Leadership observed ongoing overload as if it were normal and not something requiring action. Physical strain built up quickly due to excessive workload and lack of relief. Mental exhaustion followed just as fast from repeated overwork and constant pressure to stay fast and upbeat. The job became emotionally and physically draining to the point of feeling like depletion rather than work. Leadership showed no real interest in fixing obvious staffing issues despite widespread awareness of the problem.
