My experience left me disappointed in the internal culture. Communication was inconsistent, professionalism felt lacking, and leadership did not always seem aligned with the values the organization promotes publicly. There was a noticeable gap between appearance and day-to-day reality. Overall, it did not feel like a healthy or supportive work environment.
